How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Work closely and build a strong relationship with team, business users and technical teams, prepare designs and confirm functional specifications including application flow, business logics, screens, reports and data files, etc.

• Along with Delivery / Project Management work, coordinate with business users by acting as business analyst to analyze the business requirements.

• Managing business conceptualization and rationalization (feasibility, cost/benefit, fit/gap analysis)

• Develop a detailed plan and approach for requirement analysis and design phase

• Establish and analyze business processes, ensure, prioritize and confirm end-to-end business requirement.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst

• Proven experience in Credit Card.

• Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide appropriate solution

• Drive practically with passion.

• Innovate to beat the best and adaptable to change.

• Strong teamwork and open communication.

• Proactive, resilient, and optimistic mindset.
