Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HubSpot CMS Specialist to lead the HubSpot CMS, while improving SEO and UX/UI for better performance and conversions. The role combines hands-on CMS expertise, SEO best practices, and user experience design to deliver a clean, responsive, and conversion-optimized site.

Key Responsibilities

• CMS Setup: Upgrade ~15+ pages of an existing marketing site to HubSpot CMS, ensuring clean code, responsive design, and optimized performance 
• SEO Best Practices: Implement URL mapping/301 redirects, optimize meta tags, alt text, structured data, on-page content formatting, sitemap/robots.txt, and integrate SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, analytics) 
• UX/UI Improvements: Rebuild site architecture, content, and forms; improve navigation, visual hierarchy, and overall user experience 

• HubSpot Tool Integration: Set up and configure HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub (Pro) tools, including ticket pipelines, automation, knowledge base, and live chat.
• CRM & Automation: Integrate CRM features and workflows to ensure smooth data flow and usability 

• Performance Monitoring: Track post-migration SEO and UX performance, identify improvements, and provide recommendations

Requirements

• Proven HubSpot CMS experience (portfolio/examples required) 

• Strong understanding of HubSpot's Marketing, Sales, and Service Hub Pro tools

• Competency in front-end development (HTML, CSS, HubL) and UX best practices 
• Experience with SEO fundamentals and conversion rate optimization (CRO) 
• Excellent communication skills to translate requirements into actionable results 
• Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working with SaaS companies or startups 
• Portfolio of modern SaaS/B2B website redesigns 
• Experience with lead generation optimization and CRO
