Technical Sourcer

This is a remote position.

Zero to One Search is a Germany-based international recruitment agency focusing on connecting Tech professionals with Tech companies. We have grown from 1 to 25 top-notch recruiters in 5 years to serve our client's need for good professionals.

We work with big established brands and we focus on candidates working in the following domains: Software Development; Data; Product; HR; Sales

• Coordinate with Recruiters to determine position requirements.
  
• Build and implement sourcing strategies to identify the best candidates using LinkedIn as well as advanced sourcing techniques.
  
• Build and maintain a talent pool. 
  
• Write compelling job descriptions, emails and text messages to attract candidates. 
  
• Use the Applicant Tracking System to upload candidates and track their progress. 
  
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly activity reports. 
  
  

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role. 
  
• Experience with different sourcing techniques.
  
• Solid verbal and written communication skills. 
  
• Go-getter personality. 
  
• Fluent English both written and spoken.
  
• Intermediate German language both written and spoken
