Job Title: Data and Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data and Automation Specialist to enhance operational efficiency by managing data reporting, troubleshooting automation errors, and optimizing workflows. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python-based automation, Zapier, data reporting in Google Sheets and Excel, and experience working with CRM platforms.

• Monitor and analyze key business data on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis to support decision-making.
  
• Develop insightful, data-driven reports and dashboards in Google Sheets and Excel.
  
• Use Python for automation tasks, particularly in Zapier and Power Automate.
  
• Troubleshoot and fix automation errors, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
  
• Optimize and maintain data workflows across various tools and systems.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine automation and reporting processes.
  
• Identify areas for operational improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and ability to deploy it for automation within Zapier/Power Automate.
  
• Strong experience with Zapier, Google Sheets, and Excel for data automation and reporting.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and visualize data effectively.
  
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting automation failures and optimizing workflows.
  
• Experience working with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Lawmatics, or similar).
  
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Lawmatics or other legal CRM tools.
  
• Prior experience in a consulting, legal, or professional services environment.
  
• Ability to create process documentation and internal training materials.
  
• Familiarity with additional automation tools or low-code platforms.
