Now, an exciting long-term opportunity is available for an Optometrist who is ready to join a well-established team, collaborate with talented professionals, and help shape the continued success of a trusted local practice.

Why join us?

All Family Vision Care is a multi-location practice with a local patient base throughout Oregon that has served local communities for over 25 years. Through the combination of expertise, patient-centric eye care, advanced technology, and high-quality optical products, customers can expect world-class service no matter which location they visit. The team of professionals specializes in eye health examinations, ocular disease management, pediatric eye care, specialty contact lenses, and surgical co-management. To support the ongoing business growth of the Corvallis location, the practice is looking to add an Optometrist to the team of 25 employees.

What you'll do:

As a full-time Optometrist, you’ll provide comprehensive, patient-centered eye care in a busy, well-established practice. You’ll perform thorough eye exams, prescribe corrective lenses, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and educate patients on their eye health and treatment options. With access to advanced technology, you’ll be supported in delivering high-quality care while creating personalized care plans for each patient. In this high-profile, fast-paced setting, you’ll care for approximately 20 to 24 patients per day and work closely with a collaborative team of clinical professionals. Responsibilities may also include managing and treating eye diseases such as glaucoma, supporting pre- and postoperative care, and performing minor procedures as appropriate. This is a full-time position with a Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Who we're seeking:

All Family Vision Care is seeking a dedicated Optometrist who is passionate about delivering exceptional eye care and building strong, lasting relationships with patients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, clinically confident, and skilled in performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and managing ocular disease, and refracting to prescribe corrective lenses. A licensed Optometrist in Oregon with residency training and at least two years of prior experience is preferred. Strong communication and active listening skills are essential for understanding patient needs, explaining treatment options clearly and compassionately, and educating patients on eye health and hygiene. Proficiency with electronic health records, familiarity with advanced diagnostic tools, and experience in specialty areas are also valued, along with cultural competency or bilingual abilities that support patient engagement in a diverse community. The practice is offering a comprehensive benefits package, including a sign-on bonus, tuition reimbursement, medical insurance, paid time off, production bonus, malpractice insurance, and a continuing education allowance. New graduates are encouraged to apply!

Why you'll love Corvallis:

The beautiful community of Corvallis is in the Pacific Northwest, surrounded by stunning scenery in the Willamette Valley. With the highest average number of sunny days in the state, the warmer temperatures present many opportunities to explore Oregon’s great outdoors. The Cascades and Coast regions offer an array of easily accessible adventures. Outdoor enthusiasts travel worldwide to visit the area for its ultimate hiking, mountain biking, climbing, fishing, and snow skiing adventures.
