As a savvy technologist who stays ahead of emerging trends in Agentic AI, you own the technical blueprint for complex challenges, ensuring the customer's transition to a stable, scalable Agent-based ecosystem. You serve as the "North Star" for architectural excellence, guiding teams to integrate AI as a reliable teammate while optimizing delivery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design for high-complexity, strategic enterprise projects and oversee the implementation of the reference in architecture across multiple delivery teams.

• Perform deep-dive technical audits to assess application technical quality and AI-readiness.

• Architect multi-agent systems that can collaborate to solve complex business reasoning tasks autonomously.

• Influence the customer's technical stakeholders on the long-term benefits of an agent-centric application portfolio.

• Optimize delivery operations by creating and embedding AI, automation, and internal tooling into standard expert-level tasks, standardizing these efficiency gains into reusable delivery playbooks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Soft Skills: Strategic influence and innovative mindset; highly inquisitive about future-state tech. 

• Understand our Business to align with the 2026 Go-to-Market strategy, Act Fast and Have a Sense of Urgency to streamline delivery, and Grow People through active mentorship and cultivating elite behaviors in peers.

• Technical Skills: 8–10 years in IT.

• Education/Experience: 8+ years of experience in solution architecture. Knowledge of Agentic Systems design and integrations; Expertise in AI architecture patterns. Deep mastery of Agentic process design, GenAI integration, and the ability to quickly deliver complex, performance-optimized solutions. Deep mastery of strategic prompt engineering to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, governed AI systems.

• Certifications: Expert Developer; Specialist Agentic AI certification.
