Job description

What You'll Do
    Manage privileged accounts/secrets in Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution.
    Support operational processes for access rotation, auditing, and logging of privileged sessions.
    Conduct access reviews, audit and compliance reporting for privileged accounts/secrets and access policies.
    Assist in identifying risks and issues and developing recommendations to address significant risks and complex issues.
    Implement onboarding of accounts, servers, applications and secrets to Privilege Cloud utilizing CyberArk connectors and plugins.
    Participate and resolve incidents related to, and fulfill service requests for access, configurations and artifacts for Privilege Access Management.
    Perform root cause analysis and drive mitigation/elimination actions for issues including collaborating with vendors if required.
    Create and maintain documentation and conduct training sessions for use cases, best practices, and standard operating procedures for Privileged Access Management.

What We're Looking For
    Strong interpersonal and consultative skills.
    Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
    Perform their duties under minimal supervision, exercising autonomy to review and fulfill their duties within the scope of their position.

Experience Required:
    8+ years of experience in CyberArk Privilege Cloud.

Required Education
    University degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and industry certifications (e.g. CyberArk CDE or Guardian, CyberArk Trustee/Defender, etc.).

Preferred exposure to
    Scripting using PowerShell / Python to extract data and perform privilege access management configurations.
    Managing Secrets using CyberArk via Secrets Hub, Conjur, etc.)
    Exposure to working and integrating Cloud based environments like AWS, Azure, etc.
    Logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools like Sysmon, SIEM, etc.
