Sales Development Representative

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for a fast-moving B2B sales intelligence platform. You will prospect into SMB and mid-market accounts, conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify leads, and book meetings for the sales team. You will also use AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow to research accounts, personalize outreach, and move faster than a traditional SDR.

This is a high-activity, execution-driven role with a clear playbook and defined metrics. If you are a confident communicator with strong English skills, know how to run a structured outbound motion, and use AI to work smarter rather than harder, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On

Outbound Prospecting and Cold Outreach

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to target accounts
• Research and qualify prospects using the platform's intelligence tools and AI-assisted research
• Write clear, personalized cold outreach that generates responses without reading as spam
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving toward a booked meeting

Lead Qualification and Pipeline Management

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined ICP criteria
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach and pipeline activity in the CRM
• Track activity volume, response rates, and meeting conversion metrics consistently

AI-Enabled Outreach

• Use AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT daily to research accounts, draft personalized messaging, and improve outreach efficiency
• Continuously test and refine messaging based on response data and feedback from the sales team
• Stay current on AI tools that can improve prospecting speed and quality

Meeting Booking and Handoff

• Book qualified meetings for the sales team with full context and qualification notes
• Coordinate scheduling and follow-up to keep prospects engaged through the handoff
• Ensure clean, accurate handoffs so the sales team walks into every call fully prepared

What You Bring

• Prior SDR, outbound sales, or lead generation experience with a track record of booking meetings
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills, this is a non-negotiable requirement for a phone and email-first role
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT as a daily part of your workflow for research, drafting, and outreach personalization
• Experience with CRM platforms for logging activity and managing pipeline
• Confident phone presence with the ability to handle objections and rejection without losing momentum
• Self-directed and disciplined with the ability to hit daily activity targets independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with defined metrics and clear expectations

Nice to Have

• Experience selling into SMB markets including verticals such as HVAC, dental, restaurants, or similar
• Familiarity with sales intelligence or data enrichment platforms
• Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar
• Background in B2B SaaS or GTM-adjacent roles
