What is this position about?

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives across multiple teams. This role is responsible for driving project plans, managing cross-functional dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring key technical milestones are delivered on time. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically savvy, and experienced working in fast-paced client environments.

Job Description

• Own the end-to-end project plan, timeline, and execution across multiple technical workstreams.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies between engineering teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and blockers.
• Track critical path ("long-pole") activities such as SDK integrations, security reviews (InfoSec), and other technical deliverables.
• Facilitate project governance by preparing status reports, executive updates, and steering committee materials.
• Drive regular project cadence meetings, ensuring alignment on priorities, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Security, QA, and Client teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and implementation plans.
• Support issue resolution by coordinating stakeholders and driving decisions across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycles and technical implementations.
• Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Experience tracking technical deliverables such as API/SDK integrations, security reviews, infrastructure, or platform implementations.
• Excellent project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives.
• Experience working directly with enterprise clients or consulting organizations.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Experience managing technology implementations involving cloud platforms, APIs, or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with software architecture concepts and technical discussions with engineering teams.

Advanced English level is required for written and verbal communication.

How much experience must I have?

At least 7+ years of professional experience managing technical projects or programs in software development environments.
