This is a remote position.

Senior Software Engineer - Rust
Streaming / Music / Content
Remote working in USA
$200-250K

This is a key role in a small and successful R&D team, building tools and engines used by the biggest names in media streaming. It's a critical, visible position where you can have a genuine impact on the end products which are listened to by millions.

It's as much about leadership, innovation and strategic thinking as it is making day to day technical decisions. You need super sharp Rust skills and experience incorporating AI into programming and documentation processes. It's an environment where you're encouraged to make the best use of the most modern tools available, always with a focus on exceptional performance - remember millions of listeners are relying on you!

Requirements

  • Superior Rust skills
  • Significant experience as a Lead / Senior Developer
  • Experience leading teams and projects as a hands-on developer
AND

Experience in one or more of these areas:
  • Radio streaming
  • Music or content scheduling software
  • Real-time audio or media delivery
You also need to be...
  • Based in the USA
  • Confident working, collaborating and leading 100% remotely
  • Able to explain architecture and decisions to developers and non-developers
