Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

  • Lead 3–5 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum, including up to 4 late evenings per week.
  • Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
  • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
  • Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
  • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
  • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission.
Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s level degree preferred.
  • Required licensure or certification*: Behavioral health licensure including but not limited to: LADC, CADC, CCS, LSW, LCSW, CADAC II, CADAC IV, CADAC V, LCAC, LAC, LMFT, LPCC or LMHC and associate level status
  • Access to reliable internet and telephone services, specifically download speeds over 40 Mbps and upload speeds over 10 Mbps as well as a strong WiFi signal from your remote work location.
  • Minimum two years’ leading groups in a SUD setting.
  • High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
  • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
  • Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
  • Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
