Job description

El Rol:

Buscamos un Especialista de Seguridad responsable de fortalecer y evaluar la postura de seguridad en la nube (CSPM) e integrar controles dentro del ciclo de desarrollo de software (DevSecOps). La persona trabajará mano a mano con los equipos de ingeniería para realizar revisiones de arquitectura, gestión de vulnerabilidades, auditorías de cumplimiento e implementación de IAM, garantizando la protección de la infraestructura sin frenar la velocidad de entrega de código.

Requisitos Obligatorios (Must-Have):

  • CERTIFICACIÓN OBLIGATORIA Y VIGENTE (Criterio Indispensable): El candidato DEBE contar con al menos una de las siguientes certificaciones vigentes:

  • AWS Certified Security – Specialty

  • Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer

  • CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)

  • Experiencia Específica: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia desempeñándose específicamente en roles de Especialista o Ingeniero de Seguridad.

  • Trayectoria Técnica: 3+ años de experiencia previa como Ingeniero(a) de Software o Infraestructura (Backend, DevOps, Cloud, etc.).

Conocimientos Técnicos y Deseables:

  • Stack Técnico: Seguridad en la nube (AWS/GCP), DevSecOps (CI/CD, IaC), gestión de identidades y accesos (IAM), gestión de vulnerabilidades y respuesta a incidentes.

  • Deseable: Experiencia previa en consultoría/agencias, conocimientos de frameworks de seguridad (OWASP, CIS Benchmarks, NIST), herramientas SAST/DAST, gestión de secretos y hardening de contenedores (Docker/Kubernetes).
