Position Summary: 

An experienced SA will be confident working in Life Sciences to successfully design our solution to the delight of customers.  Deep knowledge of LIMS, ELN and SDMS products and their application within the Laboratory setting is essential for success, with a goal of becoming an expert in the configuration and deployment of Sapio Sciences products. This knowledge will be used to design each customer’s solution, working closely with our Application Engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.

Essential Responsibilities
Include the following (Other duties may be assigned) :

• Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of Sapio Sciences’ products and services.

• Work with the Sapio Sciences team to develop and deploy solutions for the customer.

• Work closely with the Sapio Science Business Analyst (BA) to understand the customers’ business requirements and processes. 

• Based on customer requirements, design the Sapio solution using an agile approach to define deliverables for execution by the Application Engineers in each Sprint.

• Ensure that the identified customer requirements are met based on time, budget, quality and success criteria.

• Advise the customer on Sapio Science best practice to ensure that the deployment is best placed to succeed. 

• Provide 3^rd tier Support for customers after implementation of the configuration.

• Support Project Managers in the delivery of customer projects

• Act as a bridge between the Product team and the customer to ensure that any functionality works appropriately for the customer.

• Drive the Sapio Sciences agile deployment methodology.

• Document customer feedback and ensure issues are addressed to provide the best customer experience and ultimate success of the project.

• Create design and implementation documentation based on customer solutions.

• Work closely with the Sapio Sciences US team to establish scalable processes and methods of working across the Customer Success organisation, including supporting IT tools.

• Meticulously manage all SA-related deployment services documentation

Qualifications:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education/Experience:

• Several years’ experience designing and delivering solutions for either LIMS or ELN or similar complex software.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Strong programming skills with detailed knowledge of Python

• Strong analytical, problem solving and fact-finding skills.

• Proven organizational skills, with the ability to deliver agreed workload within deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Excellent listening and presentation skills

• Demonstrated success working responsibly and effectively from a home office.

• Effective time management, and prioritization skills

• Good computer skills (Internet, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CRM Programs)

• Ideally, knowledge of one or more of GWT, MySQL, Oracle, Tomcat, Linux, AWS

• Self-starter who is happy to learn from colleagues.
