SALES EXECUTIVE — CAPITAL EQUIPMENT

WHAT YOU’LL OWN 

  • This is not transactional selling — it’s influence, strategy, and execution. 
  • You’ll drive revenue by building trusted partnerships across hospital systems, engaging stakeholders from frontline users to executive leadership.  
  • You’ll lead a layered buying processes, balance competing priorities, and structure deals involving capital budgets and IPA-enabled financing solutions. 
  • Every win is earned through insight, credibility, and persistence.  

WHO YOU ARE 

  • A proven closer. You have a track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a high-performance sales environment  
  • Methodical in your approach. You’ve been trained in at least one recognized sales methodology (Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, Miller Heiman, etc.) and actively apply it. 
  • A trusted advisor. You create access, earn trust, and build pipelines through consistent activity and cultivating meaningful connections  
  • Sales Process Driven. You are disciplined with the process of managing your pipeline, account plans, deal tasks from initial discovery through to deal closure.  
  • Relentlessly persistent. You know how to maintain momentum across long sales cycles without sacrificing relationships or integrity. 
  • Focused and self-directed. You prioritize what moves revenue, effectively prioritizing your time, and execute with intention.  

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience  
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder capital equipment sales  
  • Ability to effectively manage a large, state or multi-state territory 
  • Proficient in CRM utilization, preferably Salesforce.  

STRONGLY PREFERRED 

  • Experience in healthcare or hospital sales — including familiarity with GPOs, capital budgets, and regulatory environments. 
  • Thrive in complex healthcare sales environments, navigating hospital capital budget cycles, engaging multi-stakeholder buying committees, and closing enterprise-level deals. 
  • Bachelor’s degree
