The Role
As a Deployment Project Coordinator, you will be passionate about technology and leveraging it to expand a global network. Work as part of the Deployment Infrastructure team to support and assist in the overall coordination of project-related activities, ensuring the required project outcomes are achieved. Proactive and a self-starter, you must be highly organised and have the ability to manage competing priorities. Driven and motivated, you must be able to operate both autonomously and in a team environment, working with multiple vendors to deliver comprehensive IT projects of varying size and complexity.
What You Will Be Doing
Coordinate internal resources and vendors to ensure the flawless execution of multiple concurrent projects.
Maintain and update project tracking systems, including Jira, Confluence, and the internal intranet.
Monitor resource availability and effectively allocate project tasks.
Participate in daily stand-ups and project syncs with a global team.
Generate weekly status reports and document critical project minutes.
Liaise with external vendors and customers to track deliverables and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks to leadership as needed.
Create hardware purchases and track shipments when necessary.
What We Are Looking For
Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience coordinating multiple projects.
Obtains or is working towards a Scrum Master or PMP certification.
Ability to prioritise and delegate tasks to team members.
Have experience working with third parties, vendors and customers.
Have the ability to take initiative and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
JIRA and Confluence experience (ideal).
Experience in an ICT/IT Project Management environment is highly desirable, preferably from a networking or telecommunication background.
