Seven Starling is looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starling’s clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients.
 
Our ideal candidate is a behavioral health professional with an interest in women's reproductive mental health. What you'll do
  • As a Seven Starling Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for women navigating their reproductive journeys.
  • This is a part‑time, exempt, salaried position:
  • Schedule Expectations:

    • Total calendar availability: 29 hours open per week
    • Actual patient sessions: Approximately 20-21 completed sessions per week with at least 5 open slots after 4pm
    • The difference accounts for: No-shows, cancellations, and built-in admin time
    • Available to work during standard business hours:  8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments) on weekdays. 
    • Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting
    • Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches)
    • Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans
    • Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
    • Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests

  • Who you are
  • Independently licensed in FL (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)
  • Florida residency and license required, with preference given to candidates who hold at least 2 additional licenses 
  • At least 1 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal, menopausal health or women’s mental health
  • Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
  • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices
  • Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning
  • Passion for Seven Starling’s mission and an eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic company
