Executive Talent Partner - Industrial Water Commercial Sales

Solenis is seeking a highly connected Industrial Water professional to lead commercial talent acquisition efforts for one of the industry's most important growth businesses.

This role is specifically designed for individuals who have built careers within the industrial water treatment industry, either as:

  • Industrial Water Sales Representatives

  • Strategic Account Managers

  • Business Development Leaders

  • Regional Sales Managers

  • Commercial Leaders

  • Executive Recruiters specializing in Industrial Water talent

If your background is primarily general corporate recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition without significant Industrial Water industry experience and relationships, this position is likely not a fit.

What You'll Do

Serve as a Strategic Advisor to Commercial Leadership

  • Partner directly with Industrial Water business leaders to support growth initiatives and critical hiring priorities

  • Develop talent strategies aligned with territory expansion plans, customer growth opportunities, and commercial objectives

  • Provide ongoing market intelligence regarding competitors, hiring trends, compensation, and talent availability

Leverage Industry Relationships

  • Utilize your existing Industrial Water network to identify and engage top-performing commercial professionals

  • Build relationships with passive candidates across the industry

  • Develop talent maps of key competitors and adjacent industry players

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of future sales and commercial leadership talent

Evaluate Commercial Talent

  • Assess candidates' sales effectiveness, technical knowledge, customer relationships, and business development capabilities

  • Evaluate consultative selling skills and industry credibility

  • Present talent recommendations and market insights to leadership teams

What We're Looking For

Required Background

7+ years of experience within the Industrial Water Treatment industry in either:

  • Commercial Sales

  • Business Development

  • Account Management

  • Sales Leadership

  • Executive Search / Recruiting focused specifically on Industrial Water talent

Industry Network

  • Deep, established network of Industrial Water sales, account management, and commercial leadership professionals

  • Demonstrated ability to access passive talent through industry relationships

  • Strong understanding of the competitive Industrial Water landscape

Commercial Expertise

  • Proven understanding of Industrial Water sales cycles, territory management, and solution-selling approaches

  • Ability to engage experienced sales professionals as a credible peer

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of commercial performance drivers

The expected compensation range for this position is between $107,500.00 and $157,663.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
