Position Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Hybrid, 2 days remote and 3 days weekly from our office in Prague in Czechia.

Employment: Full-time employment contract.

The Job:

As the Senior Key Account Manager, you’ll be part of our sales team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:

  • Provide complete care for key customers, maintain and expand long-term relationships with business partners.
  • In cooperation with the marketing department prepare marketing activities, promo materials for our customers and participate in product pricing.
  • Review new products, monitor product presentations in stores, evaluate business statistics, complete and design solutions to expand the product range.
  • Cooperate with colleagues from different departments like Customer Service, Customer Fulfillment, Credit & Collection, Marketing, etc.
  • Develop solutions that best match the needs of business partners.
  • Fulfilling of the KPIs of the company.
