Hourly, Inc. is seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to join its growing team. As a PM, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategies, managing product lifecycles, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver market-leading software solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with a track record of success in developing and launching innovative products in the software industry. You should have a deep understanding of product development and the software development process, as well as a passion for creating products that solve real-world problems.

Requirements

  • Be located in the United States of America
  • 5+ years of experience in product management in the software industry
  • Experience in the Payroll industry
  • Proven track record of delivering successful software products
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
