Position: Content Labelling Associate – Virtual Reality (VR) Applications – CL13
Location: Client Office, Ballsbridge, Dublin
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Weekend or shift rotation may be required based on business needs.)
Work Mode: Full-time, On-site (100%)
As a Content Labelling Associate supporting Virtual Reality (VR) applications, you will help improve the quality, organisation, and discoverability of VR content by accurately reviewing and labelling applications in line with client guidelines.
Your work will contribute to the creation of high-quality datasets that support AI and machine learning models, improve platform experiences, and ensure content is accurately categorised. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to apply detailed labelling guidelines across a variety of VR applications and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels
Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team
Review and accurately label Virtual Reality applications in accordance with client guidelines.
Apply content labels, classifications, and metadata consistently to support high-quality datasets.
Evaluate application features, functionality, and user experiences to ensure accurate categorisation.
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time across all assigned work.
Perform quality checks and escalate complex or ambiguous cases where appropriate.
Follow client policies, procedures, and evolving labelling guidelines to ensure consistent decision-making.
Work across multiple tools, systems, and platforms to complete review tasks efficiently.
Participate in calibration sessions, quality reviews, training, and knowledge-sharing activities.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and overall labelling quality.
Support the responsible use of AI-enabled tools and digital technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Complete all mandatory client and Accenture training within required timelines.
Collaborate effectively with Team Leads and colleagues while contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Maintain professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Must have gaming experience/good knowledge
Previous experience in content labelling, data annotation, quality assurance, operations, or similar analytical roles is desirable.
Interest in virtual reality technologies, gaming, digital content, or emerging technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently.
Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities.
Comfortable adapting to evolving client requirements and processes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
Strong written communication and organisational skills.

You will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the individual may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.
Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, content moderators need strong resilience and coping skills. Language(s) Required: English: As part of the interview process, you will be required to complete an English language test and a language test in the relevant language for this role. You will be advised of the level you are required to achieve to successfully carry out the role.

1+ year of experience in content review, content labeling, taxonomy, or related field

Ability to identify gaps in instructional material such as SOPs and playbooks
