ECLARO is looking for a Maximo Senior Data Lead for our client in Washington, DC.

Position Overview:

Maximo Senior Data Lead responsible for designing and executing data migration strategies for US Government Client Maximo implementations.
Reviews source system architecture and data, identifies required data elements, and develops migration plans.
Creates custom migration objects and workflows to import and validate data.
Oversees transformation of historical data and ensures alignment with project timelines and dependencies.
Supports database performance, integrity, and compliance across multiple platforms and environments.
Must be able to work without direct input from US Government Client staff, while ensuring that outcomes are aligned with US Government Client vision, mission, and objectives.
Technical skills, programming expertise, and knowledge of Maximo data structures are a given

Required Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Cloud Environments (AWS, IBM Cloud)
Prior Experience with US Government Client
Experience serving as Task Leader or technical liaison
