As a Senior Sourcing Manager in School/Office, you will work with multiple cross-functional teams including Target Merchants, Planners and Designers. You will be responsible for partnering with global sourcing and vendors to deliver high-quality, trend-right merchandise at a great value to our guests. You will drive sourcing strategy to support global balance, matrix optimization, and help Target achieve our financial plans.
About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant sourcing experience
Strong communication, analytical and financial skills
Effectively collaborate and influence across a broad group of partners, stakeholders and global team to achieve business results
Respect, appreciate and value diverse voices and approaches
Ability to prioritize competing deliverables and rapidly evolving business priorities
Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
High tolerance for ambiguity
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
