The Role

We're looking for a sharp, instinctive Video Editor to transform influencer livestreams and UGC into thumb-stopping 15–30 second ads that perform across paid social channels.

 
 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Cut influencer and UGC footage into punchy short-form ads for TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, and beyond

  • Own the edit from brief to delivery—music selection, pacing, transitions, and platform formatting

  • Add motion graphics where needed: titles, CTA overlays, pop-ups, and slick text treatments

  • Bring your own creative flavour to even the most underwhelming brief

  • Leverage AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Kling, Veo) to enhance and accelerate your workflow

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and freelance resources to hit deadlines without dropping quality

 
 

What We're Looking For

  • Video editing experience in a commercial or performance marketing environment
