Senior Business Intelligence Developer

 We're seeking an experienced BI Developer to transform complex business requirements into actionable insights through data visualization and reporting solutions. You'll work with stakeholders across the organization to deliver impactful analytics solutions that drive decision-making.

## Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop comprehensive BI solutions and interactive dashboards

- Transform raw data into meaningful visualizations and reports

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and provide solutions

- Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability

- Establish best practices for BI development and documentation

## Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in BI development using MicroStrategy

- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data modeling

- Strong experience with modern BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)

- Proven track record of translating business requirements into technical solutions

- Experience with data warehouse concepts and dimensional modeling

## Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics

- Knowledge of statistical analysis and data science concepts

- Familiarity with modern data stack (Snowflake, BigQuery)

- Background in specific industries (finance, healthcare, retail, etc.)

- Experience mentoring junior BI developers
