Job description

Position: Management Accountant

Salary: PHP 95,000 - PHP 140,000

Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays-Fridays; 9:00AM to 6:00PM AEST

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis
  • Monitor labour costs, margins, contractor profitability, and client performance
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Reconcile payroll, timesheets, invoicing, and contractor costs
  • Analyse award rates, overtime, allowances, and labour utilisation trends
  • Support end-of-month and end-of-year financial processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax obligations, and labour hire regulations
  • Partner with operations and recruitment teams to improve financial performance
  • Prepare client profitability reports and KPI dashboards
  • Assist with audit preparation and statutory reporting
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within finance and payroll systems

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
  • 3+ years’ experience in management accounting
  • Experience in labour hire, recruitment, staffing, construction, healthcare, logistics, or workforce-heavy industries
  • Strong understanding of payroll costing and workforce-related financial analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with accounting and payroll systems
  • Desirable
  • Knowledge of Australian labour hire regulations and awards
  • Experience with ERP systems such as MYOB, Xero, SAP, Oracle, or Pronto
  • Power BI or financial modelling experience
