Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Kenan Developer with strong expertise in Telecom Billing Systems and hands-on experience with Kenan FX (2.0/3.0/4.x/5.x). The ideal candidate should have experience in development, configuration, integration, and support of Kenan Billing applications.
Roles & Responsibilities
✅ Design, develop, and maintain applications within the Kenan Billing platform.
✅ Configure and support Kenan Billing processes, products, and services.
✅ Develop integrations and interfaces with external systems.
✅ Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
✅ Work on production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
✅ Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL procedures and database objects.
✅ Participate in software design, testing, deployment, and release activities.
✅ Prepare technical documentation and follow development best practices.
Required Skills
✔ Experience with Kenan Billing System (FX 2.0 / 3.0 / 4.x / 5.x) – Amdocs / Comverse / Arbor BP
✔ Strong knowledge of Kenan API-TS, including DOM and Hashmap
✔ Hands-on experience with Java, Perl, UNIX/Linux, Shell Scripting, JBOSS
✔ Strong database skills in Oracle and PL/SQL
✔ Experience working with XML, XSD, and JSON
✔ Good understanding of Kenan configuration, operational tasks, and core billing processes
✔ Hands-on experience in software/system design and development
Preferred
➕ Telecom Billing / BSS domain experience
➕ Experience in Rating, Charging, Billing, and Revenue Management
➕ Production Support and Incident Management exposure
