A Vacation Specialist is responsible for assisting individuals and groups in planning, organizing, and booking travel arrangements. Booking and Reservations:

Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services.

Budget Management:

Work within clients' specified budgets to create cost-effective travel plans.
Provide transparent cost breakdowns and options for clients to make informed decisions.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
Handle unexpected issues or changes to travel plans with efficiency and professionalism.
