Job description

The Task At Hand:

Supply plans only matter if the POs behind them actually match. That's the gap you'll close.

JuneShine Brands is looking for an analytical, detail-oriented self-starter to own fulfillment and supply planning across our brand portfolio - reconciling POs, tightening supply plans, and keeping co-manufacturers and 3PLs in sync. This role puts you shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Supply Chain, and Logistics, with real ownership over the details that keep our partners stocked.

If you're the person who spots the mismatch before it becomes a problem, this role was built for you.

Who You Are:
  • A results-driven, analytical thinker who knows that accurate supply forecasting and clean data are the foundation of a well-run supply chain
  • Passionate about keeping supply plans, co-manufacturer POs, and inventory reporting in sync so our partners never feel a shortage
  • Skilled at spotting discrepancies and reconciling data before it becomes a downstream problem
  • Strategic in your approach to demand planning, cross-team collaboration, and understanding production constraints - directly impacting profitability and company growth

  • In This Role You Will:

    Demand & Supply Planning

  • Build and maintain SKU-level demand forecasts and national/state-level supply plans across all platforms (wholesale, DTC, and retail)
  • Collaborate with the Director of Demand Planning to ensure forecasted supply plans are achievable and to prevent shortages or inventory cuts
  • Monitor Days on Hand (DOH) and supply plan health by SKU, flagging shortage or overstock risk before it impacts fulfillment
  • Track forecast vs. actual variance and adjust supply plans accordingly
  • Co-Manufacturer PO & Inventory Accuracy

  • Reconcile production POs issued to co-manufacturers against the supply plan and production schedule, flagging discrepancies for resolution
  • Collaborate with the Product team to obtain timely co-manufacturer inventory reports, ensuring supply plans and ERP records stay accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain team on supply plan adjustments needed due to raw material or packaging availability
  • Fulfillment Planning

  • Generate shipment plans from co-manufacturers to 3PLs, in line with Product's clear-to-ship protocols, to keep all revenue channels (wholesale, DTC, retail) adequately stocked
  • Ensure both the 3PL OMS and ERP platform are updated and reflect accurate inventory allocation by node
  • Partner with the Logistics Specialist to align shipment plans with rate shopping to keep costs down
  • Admin & Reporting

  • Assist the Logistics Manager and Demand Planner with KPI logging and reporting
  • Review demand and supply planning data to identify and eliminate redundant processes, improving forecasting accuracy and efficiency

  • Must Haves:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of application
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or logistics
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and Google Workspace
  • Availability to respond to urgent business matters outside standard business hours when necessary

  • Nice to Haves:
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of building forecasts, supply plans, and inventory models
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Compensation, Benefits + Perks:

    Compensation:

  • $72,000 - $82,000 per year
  • The final offer will be based on several factors, including experience, skills, location and overall expertise
  • Perks + Benefits:

  • Unlimited Paid Time Off
  • Paid sick leave in accordance with state and local laws
  • Healthcare coverage: up to 90% company contribution for employees and 25% for dependents
  • Voluntary vision, dental, and accidental plans
  • 401(k) with up to 4% company match, free financial coaching, student loan match support, and 529 education savings accounts
  • 12 weeks of paid Equal Parental Leave, $500 Baby Bonding Bucks, and a sustainable baby gift
  • Dedicated parental leave support, including a personalized dashboard, full pay transparency, and a specialist to handle every logistical detail so you can focus on your family
  • Product and soft goods discounts & perks
  • And more!
  • Who We Are

    Our Company

JuneShine Brands was built by people who believe you shouldn't have to choose between living well and working hard. Our founders met through a shared love of surfing, the outdoors, and chasing experiences worth having. That spirit still runs through everything we do.

We are a company with a purpose beyond profit. Every brand we build exists for a reason. We believe the next generation of consumers will choose brands that reflect their values, and we intend to build exactly those brands.

We hire exceptional people and get out of their way. Flexible hours, no micromanagement, and trust as the default — we take cues from Yvon Chouinard's Let My People Go Surfing, a book we give every new hire on day one. What we ask in return is simple: own your work, deliver with excellence, and never let flexibility come at someone else's expense.

We value people who are hungry and humble, who take ownership without being asked, who move fast without cutting corners, and who make everyone around them better. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
