Job Overview

Collabrios Health is seeking an experienced Data Sales leader to drive strategic growth through the commercialization of healthcare data solutions. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechnology companies, health plans, and payer organizations by leveraging Collabrios Health’s data assets, analytics capabilities, and real-world evidence solutions.


The ideal candidate brings healthcare data expertise and experience selling into pharmaceutical and payer markets. This individual understands the complexities of healthcare ecosystems, can navigate multi-stakeholder sales environments, and has demonstrated success generating revenue through consultative, value-based selling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets for healthcare data and analytics offerings.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotechnology companies, managed care organizations, commercial and government health plans, and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).
  • Build relationships with decision-makers across commercial, medical affairs, market access, HEOR, population health, quality, and analytics functions.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through contracting and implementation handoff.
  • Collaborate with internal Clinical, Analytics, Product, and Client Success teams to design customized solutions that address client business objectives.
  • Translate client challenges into data-driven opportunities using real-world data, analytics, and actionable insights.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics, regulatory considerations, and emerging trends affecting pharmaceutical and payer stakeholders.
  • Represent Collabrios Health at industry conferences, client meetings, and strategic networking events.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline information within CRM systems.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to help inform product strategy and innovation initiatives.
Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive healthcare sales experience, including direct responsibility for selling healthcare data, analytics, or technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success selling to both pharmaceutical organizations and payer or health plan clients.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and extended decision timelines.
  • Strong understanding of real-world data (RWD), real-world evidence (RWE), claims data, population health analytics, value-based care initiatives, market access, and payer strategy.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–40% based on business needs.

Bonus Points if you have

  • Existing relationships within pharmaceutical manufacturers and national or regional health plans.      
  • Experience selling HEOR, outcomes research, data licensing, predictive analytics, or healthcare intelligence solutions. 
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MHA, or related field). 
  • Familiarity with healthcare privacy regulations and data governance standards, including HIPAA compliance considerations.
