Because multi-day travel involves cross-border payments, high average transaction values, and intricate corporate structures, our compliance standards must be top-tier. For the past 4 years, we’ve built a robust risk framework, and now we are expanding. That’s where you come in.

How We Work

Our Risk & Compliance team is small, global, and hands-on — spread across time zones but tightly connected day to day. You'll work independently on your own caseload of KYC and KYB reviews, using Persona as our primary verification tool, while staying in close contact with the rest of the team for tricky cases and calibration.

Expect a mix of focused solo investigation work (digging into corporate registries, ownership structures, and screening hits) and regular collaboration with onboarding, support, and product teams, who rely on you to move fast without cutting corners. We move quickly, but we never compromise on rigor — you'll be trusted to make judgment calls and expected to explain your reasoning clearly.

Why You Should (or Shouldn't) Apply

You should apply if you:

• Have 2+ years of hands-on experience in KYC and KYB verification (FinTech, payments, gaming/gambling, marketplace/platform, or travel compliance backgrounds are all a strong fit)

• Can read complex corporate structures and confidently identify Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) across multiple international jurisdictions

• Have working knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and international sanctions programs

• Are comfortable with, or eager to learn, compliance and verification tools such as Persona

• Communicate clearly and professionally in English (professional proficiency required), and ideally also in Spanish

• Bring a balanced, risk-aware mindset — you know how to protect the business without becoming an unnecessary bottleneck to growth

• Are comfortable working in spreadsheets and enjoy digging into data — we're looking for someone who can analyze our metrics and spot data-driven ways to improve how we work (bonus, not required)

• Prefer rigid, checklist-only compliance work and are less comfortable making judgment calls in ambiguous or gray-area cases

• Find it draining to push back on internal or external stakeholders when a case doesn't meet the bar

• Are looking for a highly structured, single-time-zone office environment rather than a remote, globally distributed team

On a Weekly Basis, You Will Find Yourself

• Performing identity verification, screening, and risk assessments on individuals, sole traders, and corporate directors and UBOs

• Conducting due diligence on tour operators, travel agencies, and their suppliers — researching corporate registries, articles of association, and shareholding structures to trace UBOs

• Verifying travel-industry-specific credentials unique to multi-day tour operators

• Investigating potential screening matches with a sharp, critical eye

• Running Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk entities in complex or high-risk jurisdictions

• Carrying out programmatic and ad-hoc re-verifications of individuals and entities post-onboarding

• Collaborating with onboarding, support, and product teams to keep the process smooth while holding a firm line on compliance

• As a member of our international team, you’ll work full-time under a B2B contractor agreement, with monthly payments in USD.
