  • Gather input from key stakeholders to ensure contract terms and change orders accurately reflect project needs
  • Review budget modifications and challenge assumptions related to scope, timelines, resources, and project requirements to ensure changes are valid and well supported
  • Interpret contractual language, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), study start-up agreements, and standalone contracts
  • Analyze project budgets and cost proposals, providing recommendations and justification for client submissions
  • Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Operational teams to determine appropriate contractual and commercial terms
  • Lead contract and budget discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Manage multiple contracts and change orders simultaneously while meeting client deadlines and maintaining exceptional accuracy
  • Independently prioritize workload and drive contract deliverables through to completion
  • Develop expertise in ICON’s costing tools, budget models, and contract management processes
  • Maintain complete and accurate contract documentation, project files, and tracking systems

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess financial and contractual implications
  • Understanding of contract fundamentals, legal terminology, and commercial agreement structures
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
