PPC Specialist (Google Ads & Paid Media) – Remote

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a PPC Specialist to own paid media performance across Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSAs), Meta Ads, and landing page optimization for a rapidly growing multi-location home services business.

This is not a campaign monitoring role.

You’ll take ownership of paid media strategy, campaign execution, lead generation, budget optimization, and conversion performance across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to improve lead quality, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize return on ad spend.

What You’ll Own

Google Ads & Local Services Ads (LSAs)

  • Manage Google Ads MCC accounts across multiple locations and service areas.
  • Build, launch, and optimize Search campaigns.
  • Manage Local Services Ads (LSAs) to maximize lead quality and visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and negative keyword management.
  • Optimize bidding strategies, audiences, ad copy, and campaign structure.
  • Monitor daily budget pacing and campaign performance.
  • Scale successful campaigns while reducing wasted spend.

Landing Page Optimization

  • Design, build, and optimize landing pages using platforms such as:
    • Unbounce
    • Instapage
  • Conduct A/B testing on:
    • Headlines
    • Forms
    • Calls-to-action (CTAs)
    • Layouts
  • Improve conversion rates across service categories and locations.
  • Launch new location-specific and service-specific landing pages.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Build weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
  • Track and analyze:
    • Cost Per Lead (CPL)
    • Cost Per Booked Job
    • Conversion Rate
    • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Identify trends, optimization opportunities, and performance issues.
  • Provide actionable recommendations backed by campaign data.
  • Present insights to leadership.

Meta Ads (Preferred)

  • Build and optimize campaigns across:
    • Facebook
    • Instagram
  • Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
  • Support lead generation, engagement, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad performance through testing and optimization.

  • Experience managing multi-location or franchise-style advertising accounts.
  • Experience working with Google Ads MCC structures.
  • Hands-on experience with landing page platforms such as:
    • Unbounce
    • Instapage
  • Experience managing significant monthly advertising budgets.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills.
  • Ability to independently identify issues and implement improvements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in:

  • Experience with Google Business Profile (GBP).
  • Familiarity with:
