Remote - Senior Full Stack Developer | Technical Advisor

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, guiding engineering teams, and helping shape technical solutions for both existing and future client projects.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced engineer who wants to go beyond implementation. In addition to building high-quality software, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, support solution design, mentor developers, and collaborate with our sales team on technical discovery and proposal discussions for prospective clients.

You'll work across a variety of projects and technologies, helping teams make sound architectural decisions, troubleshoot complex problems, and deliver reliable, scalable software. We're looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and passionate about continuously learning, especially in the rapidly evolving world of AI-powered software development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong full-stack software development experience, with expertise in building production-grade applications across frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong critical thinking when evaluating and applying AI technologies, with proven experience using Generative AI to improve software delivery while maintaining engineering quality.
• Experience designing scalable software architectures and making technical decisions across complex projects.
• Experience performing code reviews and mentoring other software engineers.
• Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in technical discussions.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Provide technical leadership by reviewing code, guiding development strategies, and helping engineering teams solve complex technical challenges.
• Jump into different client projects as needed, acting as a technical advisor or Software Technical Lead (STL).
• Leverage Generative AI tools responsibly to improve engineering productivity while maintaining code quality and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with our sales team during prospect calls by providing technical expertise and helping design solution proposals for new clients.
• Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend architectures and technologies that best fit each project's needs.
• Mentor developers and Tech Leads, share knowledge, and foster engineering best practices across teams.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively introduce valuable ideas and improvements to the engineering organization.
