We're looking for a Client Success Manager to support the delivery of high-quality partner campaigns and contribute to the growth of Simply Wall St's Audience business.
Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Partnerships Manager, you'll coordinate campaign operations from content creation through to publication, support reporting and client-facing materials, and help ensure projects are delivered smoothly across internal teams and external stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, project coordination, and problem-solving, and is looking to gain hands-on experience across partnerships, content marketing, campaign operations, and financial markets.
As the B2B team continues to grow, high-performing candidates may have the opportunity to progress into customer success or sales roles.
This role reports to the Partnerships Manager.
You'll work closely with internal teams across the business, including Editorial, Marketing, and Partnerships, and occasionally Product, primarily based in East Coast, Australia (AEST timezone). You'll also liaise with external writers and vendors to keep content and campaigns moving. The role includes a client management element, so you'll deal directly with customers to coordinate feedback, manage expectations, and ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard.

Campaigns delivered on time
Monthly reports delivered accurately and on schedule
Internal and client stakeholder satisfaction
Coordinate with the Editorial team, and external writers, analysts, and content creators to ensure content progresses through review and publication on schedule.
Action client feedback and ensure revisions are implemented prior to publication
Track campaign timelines and proactively follow up on outstanding deliverables
Support the timely delivery of partner campaigns across all publishing channels
Act as the business owner and administrator of the Kevel ad platform β the go-to person for anything Kevel-related.
Set up, traffic, manage, and remove campaigns and ad placements.
Maintain platform hygiene: naming conventions, configurations, flight dates, and inventory.
Troubleshoot delivery and serving issues, and act as the point of contact for internal teams needing platform support.
Document processes and keep platform knowledge current as campaigns and requirements evolve.
Prepare monthly campaign performance reports.
Compile campaign metrics and client-ready reporting presentations.
Support post-campaign analysis and documentation.
Assist with the preparation of sales decks, proposals, and client presentations.
Help maintain sales collateral, case studies, and marketing materials.
Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
You have high capacity - comfortable owning a heavy, varied admin workload without dropping detail.
You have strong written and verbal communication - a genuine enjoyment of writing is a real plus.
You are familiar with ad-serving platforms (e.g. Kevel) or a fast aptitude to learn one and own it.
You are familiar with CMS platforms and email marketing tools is advantageous.
Experience with Braze or similar marketing automation software is desirable.
Experience in financial markets and investing is a bonus, but not a must-have.
You are adaptable, self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
