Trimble’s T&L Business Unit: In the Transportation & Logistics segment, our solutions make it safer, simpler and more efficient to move freight—bringing together a global network of shippers, carriers, brokers and 3PLs.
In this role, you’ll be the engine of growth for the Polish market, acting as a "Hunter" (Net New Business). You will have the unique opportunity to manage the full sales lifecycle for complex SaaS solutions, directly influencing net revenue generation and making a tangible impact on Trimble's global footprint.
Drive Strategic Growth: acquire Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) across the Polish market to expand our global network.
Master the Sales Lifecycle: Own the entire process from lead generation to closing, utilizing precision CRM forecasting to ensure high deal velocity.
Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Orchestrate complex, price-to-value negotiations to hit ambitious ARR targets and protect contract value.
B2B Sales Expertise: 3+ years of proven success selling complex B2B solutions within SaaS, LogTech or Logistics industries.
Bilingual Proficiency : Native or C2 level of Polish and fluent/proficient English are required
Strategic Hunting Mindset: demonstrated drive and motivation for net new business acquisition.
Experience navigating large-scale, private equity-owned global environments or international organizational structures.
