As a Route Optimization Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring flawless execution by coordinating equipment, tools, and resources aligned with operational requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance asset utilization, improve planning efficiency, and support successful service delivery.

In this role, you will leverage your operational expertise to optimize resource allocation, streamline logistics, and ensure the availability of equipment and materials. You will contribute to improving efficiency, reducing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Route Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating preparation and availability of equipment, tools, products, and spares based on job requirements and technical plans

• Optimizing asset utilization by aligning with AMO capacity, inventory availability, and supply chain capabilities

• Supporting planning and execution of service delivery operations to ensure timely and efficient job completion

• Collaborating closely with AMO teams, Service Delivery Coordinators, and Material Management teams

• Monitoring inventory levels and supporting sourcing plans to ensure material availability

• Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, logistics, and resource allocation

• Ensuring compliance with company HSE, quality, and operational standards

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have experience in service delivery, operations planning, logistics, or inventory management

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Have the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Have strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams

• Have a good understanding of asset utilization, supply chain processes, and operational planning

• Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills

The pay range/scale displayed above represents Baker Hughes’ good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position at the time of this posting and applies to the possible locations for this position. Where an applicant will ultimately fall within the pay range/scale depends on a variety of factors, including, for example, geographic work location, skillset, qualifications, internal pay alignment, level of experience, and demonstrated performance over time. You will be eligible to participate in the Baker Hughes Short-term incentive plan applicable for the above position.  The actual payout for your short-term incentive award will be based on company and individual performance and is contingent upon Baker Hughes achieving pre-determined financial results.
