Job description

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative for eShepherd to support the adoption of our virtual fencing technology across the Netherlands and wider Europe. You will work closely with livestock producers, helping them successfully implement new ways of managing grazing and livestock.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, building relationships and translating technology into practical on-farm outcomes.

What will you do as a Customer Success Representative?

As a Customer Success Representative, you will support livestock farmers in adopting and using eShepherd successfully. You will guide customers through onboarding, training and ongoing use, ensuring they gain real value from the platform. Your focus is on helping customers integrate virtual fencing into their daily operations — improving productivity, animal welfare and farm management. In this role, you act as a trusted partner to customers, supporting them throughout their journey and ensuring they feel confident using the technology.

Your key activities include:

  • Supporting customer onboarding and implementation

  • Delivering training and guidance to build confidence in using eShepherd

  • Supporting customers as they integrate the technology into their farming systems

  • Monitoring engagement and proactively addressing adoption challenges

  • Building strong relationships with livestock producers and key stakeholders

  • Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with internal teams

You will have autonomy in managing your customer portfolio and supporting adoption in your region. You are successful when customers are confident using eShepherd, achieving strong outcomes and continuing to expand their use of the platform.

Who’ll you work with?

As Customer Success Representative, you will work closely with colleagues across sales, product, technical support and marketing teams in Europe, New Zealand, Australia and North America.

You collaborate across teams to improve the customer experience and support the rollout of eShepherd in new markets.

Externally, you work directly with livestock producers and key stakeholders, building long-term relationships based on trust and practical support.

What we offer

  • A gross monthly salary between €3.500–€4.500 per month (full-time), depending on experience

  • Performance-based bonus

  • A full-time position (40 hours) with the intention of long-term employment

  • Laptop and phone to support your role

  • Remote working with flexibility

  • 25 paid vacation days (based on a 40-hour working week) and holiday pay

  • A very generous pension scheme under which the employer pays 100% of the contribution.

  • Training and development opportunities

  • The opportunity to work in an international environment with colleagues in Europe, New Zealand, Australia and North America!
