NeoGenomics is looking for a Senior Inventory Planner who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow. This position is a full-time, remote role with a Monday - Friday day shift.

Position Summary:
The Senior Inventory Planner is responsible for developing and executing inventory strategies that ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations while optimizing inventory investment and working capital. This role serves as the subject matter expert for inventory planning, replenishment methodologies, and inventory optimization across the enterprise. The Senior Inventory Planner analyzes demand and supply trends, drives continuous improvement initiatives, partners with laboratory and commercial leadership, mentors junior planners or other supply chain team members, and leads cross-functional efforts to improve inventory performance, service levels, and operational efficiency.
