Overview:
2020 Companies is now hiring a full-time remote Business Intelligence Coordinator
The Business Intelligence Coordinator helps transform field, store, and workforce data into meaningful insights that improve program performance and support business growth. As part of the Client Merchandising Success team, you'll build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data tools that support merchandising programs from initial planning through ongoing execution and performance reporting. Working with Airtable, Salesforce, Excel, and other business systems, you'll analyze store and field data, monitor program coverage and capacity, and deliver accurate, timely insights that help internal teams and clients make informed business decisions.
Pay: $50,000 annually + quarterly incentives

Job Description:
- Work in partnership with the Director of Customer Success/Analytics to build, maintain, and improve reporting, dashboards, and data tools supporting client merchandising programs
- Manage and maintain core data assets, including active field rep rosters, store master lists, and program location data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistent structure across systems
- Build and refresh field coverage and proximity analyses that inform staffing plans, travel classifications, and client program feasibility
- Support capacity planning and labor estimating, including rep-hours modeling for new and existing retail programs
- Manage recurring data refreshes and reporting cadences for active client programs, including execution, audit, and compliance reporting
- Develop and maintain Airtable bases, interfaces, and automations that support field operations and program management workflows
- Extract, clean, and transform data from Salesforce and other source systems to support analysis and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with program managers, account teams, Information Services (IS), and field leadership to identify data needs and resolve data quality issues
- Establish and track KPIs that benchmark program performance and measure the impact of operational decisions
- Structure large data sets, create clear visualizations, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients
- Document data processes, definitions, and methodologies to build repeatable, scalable reporting practices

- Completion of projects and recurring deliverables within set timeline expectations
- Accuracy and consistency of data assets, analyses, and reporting
- Reliability of recurring reporting cadences for active client programs
- Responsiveness to internal and client data requests
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant program: business, analytics, economics, information systems, or similar
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience gathering, structuring, and analyzing data
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and structured data models
- Experience with relational databases or low-code platforms such as Airtable, or demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Analytically minded with excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data query, cleaning, and transformation practices
- Ability to interpret, visualize, and deliver clear and concise findings to key stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with location, personnel, and program data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and adapt to a client-driven work environment
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce reporting and data extraction
- Proficiency in Power BI or a similar business intelligence tool
- Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Make or Power Automate
- Understanding of GIS, mapping, or geospatial analysis concepts such as distance and proximity modeling
- Coding skills in SQL and/or Python
- Familiarity with retail merchandising, field sales, or third-party labor operations
