Role: Developer (Full Stack)
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 3+months (with a possibility of extensions)
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote Candidates can work from anywhere in LATAM or India
ROLE SUMMARY
Works as a hands-on builder on the POC, implementing features end-to-end across front end, back end, and database under the direction of the Senior Full Stack Developer and the Product Owner. Contributes to integrations, user management, environment setup, and testing, and helps carry the build forward into the MVP phase.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build front-end and back-end features from the wireframe and guidelines.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs; integrate with external services.
- Support BI integrations (Tableau Cloud, Power BI / Fabric, Sigma).
- Implement Okta authentication (SSO / OIDC) and role-based access.
- Ensure responsive, cross-browser UI.
- Help maintain CI/CD (GitHub, Octopus) and DEV / TST / PRD environments.
- Implement user-management database changes (PostgreSQL / RDS).
- Write unit and integration tests; debug across the stack.
- Support load testing and remediate review findings.
- Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code).
- Write clean, maintainable, reviewed code and technical documentation.
- Work within the Agile process and report progress weekly.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Front end — Proficient JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML5 / CSS3, and a modern framework (React preferred); responsive UI
Back end — Working proficiency in a server-side language / framework (Node.js, .NET, Python, or Java)
Databases — Relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL or similar)
APIs & integration — Building and consuming RESTful APIs
Auth & security — Familiarity with SSO, OIDC / OAuth 2.0, and role-based access; secure-coding awareness
DevOps & cloud — Git and CI/CD workflows; AWS exposure
Testing — Unit and integration testing
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of professional full-stack (or strong full-stack-capable) software development experience.
- Proficiency with a modern front-end framework (e.g., React) and a back-end language / framework (e.g., Node.js, .NET, Python, or Java).
- Working experience with cloud-hosted applications; AWS exposure preferred.
- Familiarity with authentication and role-based access concepts; exposure to Okta / OIDC a plus.
- Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Relational database experience (PostgreSQL or similar).
- Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum / Kanban), including sprint ceremonies.
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools in a professional setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
