Job description

Principais Responsabilidades:

Entender problemas de negócio e definir hipóteses analíticas;
Realizar análises exploratórias profundas (EDA) e gerar insights acionáveis;
Construir e validar modelos estatísticos e de Machine Learning;
Realizar feature engineering, avaliação e melhoria de modelos;
Integrar soluções com engenharia de dados e tecnologia;
Realizar/criar monitoramentos de modelos em produção;
Documentar e comunicar resultados para áreas técnicas e de negócio;

Responsabilidades adicionais para Sênior:

Tomar decisões técnicas autônomas.
Conduzir projetos complexos e de alto impacto de ponta a ponta.
Mentorar e revisar o trabalho de plenos/júniores.
Comunicar e influenciar stakeholders de alto nível (Gerência/Diretoria).
