Job description

We are looking for two Business Analysts to join our team!

About Perfected

When corporations cause harm, someone has to answer for it. At Perfected, we guide people through complex legal journeys with one clear goal: to hold corporations accountable and help communities reclaim their power.

We start with people—their stories, their pain, their hope—and we stand with them every step of the way. Our work is rooted in transparency, empathy, and advocacy. We partner with law firms across the country to bring clarity to chaos, amplify community voices, and create human-centered experiences that make justice feel within reach.

Location Note

These are remote-based positions and all work must be performed in a state in which Strategic Campaign Sourcing LLC is registered to do business (AL, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, NV, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VI, VA, WI). Our preference is for applicants located -- or willing and able to work -- in the Pacific or Mountain time zones.

About the Role

The Business Analyst will support the operational efficiency, data quality, and reporting needs of our Client Operations and Business Operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to build a strong foundation in operations, analytics, and process improvement.

As a Business Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining daily operational reporting, supporting data ingestion and quality control, tracking production and capacity metrics, and assisting with process documentation. You’ll work closely with Senior Program Leads, Program Leads, and cross-functional partners to ensure teams have accurate data, clear processes, and reliable insights to support decision-making.

This role provides hands-on exposure to operational workflows, reporting systems, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a clear growth path into Program Lead and Senior Program Lead roles over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc operational reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Support regular data uploads and track successful ingestion into key systems.
  • Perform quality control (QC) checks on operational data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues for resolution.
  • Maintain and update production tracking tools and capacity planning trackers.
  • Support workload analysis and resource utilization reporting.
  • Assist in identifying trends or potential risks related to volume, capacity, or throughput.
  • Compile, maintain, and manage client communication distribution lists to support accurate outreach.
  • Ensure lists and datasets are up to date and aligned with current operational requirements.
  • Support coordination across teams by providing timely and accurate data inputs.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining SOPs, process documentation, and reference materials.
  • Contribute to process standardization efforts across programs.
  • Support implementation of updated workflows by ensuring documentation remains current
  • Assist in building dashboards and operational insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Program Leads and Senior Program Leads on improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance development conversations.
  • Take on additional analytical or operational support tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.
  • 1+ years of experience in operations, reporting, data support, or administrative roles.
  • Experience in legal, healthcare, or client services environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with reporting systems, CRMs, or project management tools is helpful but not required.
  • Comfort working with large datasets and repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, formulas).

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Prolonged periods working on a computer.
  • Frequent repetitive hand and wrist motions.
  • Excellent near vision to see details on a computer screen, including color differentiation.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes stressful services environment.
  • Occasional need for travel.

Benefits at a Glance

  • Time Off: PTO (15 days, earned on an accrual basis; increases at 3rd and 5th anniversary), sick leave (10 days, earned on an accrual basis), paid holidays (14) and floating holidays (2 days).
