Global Pacific Support is working with one of its partners to hire an experienced Towing Dispatcher.

If you have hands-on experience dispatching for U.S.-based towing companies, are proficient with Towbook, and have experience coordinating with law enforcement for towing operations, we'd like to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Dispatch towing and roadside assistance calls using Towbook.
Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely service.
Communicate professionally with customers, insurance companies, and law enforcement.
Monitor job status and provide real-time updates.
Coordinate with law enforcement for accident scenes and police-initiated towing.
Prioritize calls and manage multiple dispatch requests efficiently.

Proven experience as a dispatcher for a U.S.-based towing company.
Strong working knowledge of Towbook.
Experience handling police towing, accident calls, and law enforcement coordination.
Familiarity with coordinating with police units on standby when required for towing operations.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment (for remote positions).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with roadside assistance and accident management.
Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of U.S. geography and dispatch procedures.
