Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Hermosillo, Sonora or be available to attend the office when required.)

Schedule

Monday – Friday

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Hermosillo Time)

About the Role

Unity Communications is seeking a Telecom Order Processing Specialist to support business wireless operations across multiple U.S. telecom carriers.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Process new wireless activations, upgrades, and account modifications.

  • Support telecom sales teams with customer account setup and order processing.

  • Manage device orders, exchanges, returns, and customer requests.

  • Handle billing inquiries and customer escalations.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and service tickets.

  • Ensure all tasks are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications

  • English proficiency at C1, C2, or Native.

  • Valid U.S. Visa (Required).

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • 1–2 years of experience in Order Processing, Customer Service, Telecom Support, or related roles.

  • Strong Microsoft Office and computer skills.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
