As the Site Merchandising Coordinator of Promotions, you will be responsible for the execution and coordination of promotional experiences across Torrid.com. This role supports the end-to-end execution of site promotions by building promotional sorts, managing promotional navigation, and ensuring promotional content is accurate, and launches on time.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Execute promotional site updates in Salesforce for mobile/web and App, ensuring all promotional experiences are accurate, customer-focused, and launched on schedule.
  • Build and maintain promotional product sorts, category assortments, and featured product collections to support promotional campaigns.
  • Manage promotional navigation updates, and promotional placements across the site.
  • Own promotional Wrike briefs, ensuring requirements are complete, timelines are met, stakeholders are aligned, and deliverables stay on track.
  • Perform comprehensive QA before and after launches, validating promotional messaging, pricing, links, product assortments, navigation, and customer experience across desktop, mobile and App.
  • Partner closely with Planning to ensure promotional assortment strategies aligning with inventory, business priorities, and customer demand.
  • Support promotional reporting and post-launch recaps by identifying execution opportunities and recommending process improvements.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve promotional workflows, execution efficiency, and quality.


What You’ll Need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce, Site Merchandising, Digital Merchandising, Retail Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or Jira preferred.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, product management systems, or content management systems preferred.
  • Experience performing website QA and validating digital customer experiences.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
