Job description

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process with a variety of partners including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates, closing candidates and presenting offers.
  • Identify, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies for filling roles across North America while advising and influencing partners on talent availability and position attractiveness in the market.
  • Identify and build pro-active relationships to develop talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and maintain compliance with applicable employment laws.
  • Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top talent.
  • Support Recruiting and Human Resources driven priorities, as assigned.

YOU HAVE:

  • Academic background in business, human resources or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should have a mix of agency and corporate recruiting background. 
  • Preferred candidates will have experience supporting professional-level roles within the manufacturing industry, with a strong emphasis on recruiting for Engineering and Operations roles.
  • Experience using LinkedIn recruiter and proven experience acquiring and hiring passive candidates.
  • Ability to influence partners while driving business results.
  • Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast paced, change oriented environment.

Duration: Anticipated length of this engagement is 6 months.

Pay Transparency

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

This position is posted in multiple locations and as such, the expected job-based pay scale may vary based on the location per the table below:

Compensation Range:

Geographic Region A: $54,300.00 - $100,800.00

Geographic Region B: $58,240.00 - $78,520.00

Geographic Region C: $59,700.00 - $110,800.00

Geographic Region D: $65,100.00 - $120,900.00

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
