Role: Klaviyo Marketing Developer

- Starting Date: Immediately
- Contract: 12 months with possible extension
- Work Place: São Paulo/SP (100% remote)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Marketing Developer with at least five years of hands-on experience in marketing automation, customer lifecycle journeys, behavioral segmentation, and ecommerce integrations.

The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and monitoring personalized email, SMS, and multi-channel marketing initiatives using Klaviyo. The role requires strong technical expertise in automated customer journeys, ecommerce platforms, APIs, webhooks, analytics, and email deliverability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and optimize email, SMS, and multi-channel marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Develop and maintain automated customer lifecycle flows, including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Re-Engagement, and Win-Back campaigns.
• Create personalized customer experiences using advanced segmentation, behavioral data, dynamic content, and conditional logic.
• Configure and manage Klaviyo Flows, Campaigns, Segments, Lists, Forms, and SMS Marketing capabilities.
• Integrate Klaviyo with Shopify and other ecommerce platforms through native connectors, APIs, and webhooks.
• Support data synchronization between Klaviyo, ecommerce platforms, customer data platforms, analytics tools, and corporate systems.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue metrics.
• Analyze customer behavior and campaign results using Klaviyo Analytics and Google Analytics 4.
• Troubleshoot campaign, integration, tracking, data quality, and automation issues.
• Implement and maintain email deliverability best practices, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configurations.
• Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, CRM, analytics, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable marketing automation solutions.

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
• Strong experience in marketing automation and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Advanced knowledge of Klaviyo Flows, Campaigns, Segments, Lists, Forms, and SMS Marketing.
• Proven experience developing automated customer journeys and triggered campaigns.
• Experience with behavioral segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content.
• Hands-on experience integrating Klaviyo with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms.
• Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and event-based architectures.
• Knowledge of ecommerce customer journeys, retention strategies, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with Klaviyo Analytics and Google Analytics 4.
• Understanding of email deliverability standards and authentication protocols, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

• Experience with Shopify Plus.
• JavaScript development experience.
• SQL knowledge.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms.
• Google Tag Manager knowledge.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other enterprise marketing automation platforms.
