· Partner with regional business teams and regional marketing teams to support business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, customer engagement activities and sales enablement, ensuring alignment between global strategies and regional execution.
· Conduct market research, competitive intelligence and customer insight analysis for the global energy storage industry, providing actionable market intelligence and strategic recommendations to support global marketing planning, go-to-market strategies and business decision-making.
· Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, emerging technologies and customer needs, and prepare regular market intelligence reports, industry updates and competitive analysis for internal stakeholders.
· Collaborate with regional teams, product management and global marketing to identify market opportunities, collect customer feedback and translate market insights into marketing strategies, go-to-market plans and product positioning.
· Support the development of strategic marketing plans by providing market intelligence, customer insights and competitive analysis that enable data-driven marketing and business decisions.
· Support the planning and execution of international exhibitions, customer events, webinars, product launches and regional marketing activities, coordinating messaging, marketing materials and post-event analysis.
· Develop and maintain business-focused marketing materials, market reports, customer case studies, presentations and sales enablement tools to support regional business development and customer engagement.
· Leverage AI-powered tools and digital technologies to improve market research, business analysis, marketing productivity and cross-functional collaboration.
· Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Energy, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline. Candidates with technical or engineering backgrounds and a strong interest in business marketing are encouraged to apply.
· 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, business marketing, market intelligence, product marketing or sales enablement, preferably within the renewable energy, energy storage or other industrial technology sectors.
· Experience supporting regional sales teams and collaborating with regional marketing teams in a multinational business environment.
· Experience in the energy storage industry (BESS), particularly utility-scale energy storage, is highly preferred. Experience in the solar PV, power, renewable energy or electrical equipment industries is an advantage.
· Strong understanding of the global energy storage market, including market dynamics, competitive landscape and customer trends.
· Experience supporting global product launches, go-to-market strategies and strategic marketing initiatives.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market trends, customer insights and competitive intelligence into strategic business recommendations.
· Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Familiarity with AI-powered research, business analysis and marketing productivity tools is highly desirable.
· Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
