As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialists to join our Sales team.

About the Role

As a Business Development Specialist, your primary focus will be to reconnect with former guests and corporate clients to generate repeat bookings, strengthen customer relationships, and support our long-term customer retention strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality sales professional who enjoys building relationships, following up with clients, and turning previous customers into loyal repeat guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to former guests, corporate clients, and prospective customers.
  • Re-engage previous clients to generate repeat reservations and increase customer retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and relationship-building.
  • Execute email outreach and follow-up campaigns to nurture leads.
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings with corporate accounts and potential clients.
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
  • Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, activities, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Reservations, Revenue Management, Guest Experience, and Operations teams.
  • Prepare customized accommodation proposals based on client needs.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects until reservations are confirmed.
  • Achieve monthly sales, booking, and activity targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to maximize repeat business and referrals.



Qualifications

  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 3 years of hospitality sales experience.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot is highly preferred).
  • Strong experience in sales prospecting, email outreach, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Comfortable speaking with former guests and corporate clients by phone.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
  • Experience working with international teams is an advantage.

  • 100% Remote Position
  • Base Salary: USD $800/month
  • Performance Bonus: USD $50 for every new reservation successfully booked and completed.
