About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting.

This is a high-energy, execution-focused sales role where you’ll engage commercial property owners, real estate investors, and business owners to identify qualified opportunities and schedule appointments for senior sales consultants.

This is not a closing role. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate interest, overcome objections, qualify prospects, and consistently book high-quality meetings.

What You’ll Own

Outbound Prospecting

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to commercial property owners and real estate investors.
  • Introduce the company’s services using structured outreach scripts.
  • Build rapport and engage prospects with confidence and professionalism.
  • Maintain consistent daily outreach activity to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Follow established sales cadences through calls, email, and follow-up communication.

Lead Qualification

  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand each prospect’s needs.
  • Gather qualification information accurately and completely.
  • Educate prospects on the company’s tax-saving solutions at a high level.
  • Identify qualified opportunities and determine appropriate next steps.
  • Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and senior consultants.

CRM & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate CRM records for all prospect interactions.
  • Document call notes, qualification details, and follow-up activities.
  • Track prospect progress throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure all required information is complete before handoff.
  • Maintain organized and accurate sales records.

Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate handoffs with senior consultants and sales leadership.
  • Share prospect insights and relevant information with internal stakeholders.
  • Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and sales training.
  • Follow established sales processes while continuously improving outreach performance.

Experience

  • Previous experience in one or more of the following:
    • Sales Development Representative (SDR)
    • Business Development Representative (BDR)
    • Appointment Setting
    • Inside Sales
    • Lead Generation
    • Cold Calling
  • Experience conducting outbound prospecting and qualifying leads.
  • Comfortable engaging business owners and decision-makers.

  • Update CRM records and document prospect interactions.
  • Follow up with existing leads and maintain pipeline activity.
  • Participate in coaching sessions and track progress toward performance goals.
